1. Equipment technical description
T-v1165s line rail type vertical machining center is a small and medium-sized machine tool. The workpiece can be automatically and continuously processed by milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, spot facing, tapping and other processes after one clamping. The machine tool is suitable for multi variety and small batch processing of small and medium-sized box, plate, plate, valve, shell, mold and other complex parts. The machine adopts high-precision wire rail and lead screw, which has better dynamic response, can realize high-speed cutting, low-speed no crawling, and is widely used in precision parts, 3C products, hardware, auto parts and medical equipment industries.
The structure of the whole machine is fixed column and cross sliding table. The fuselage adopts super large stable base, high rigid long-span herringbone column, high-speed cutting without vibration and deformation.
The whole machine is fully enclosed, with beautiful appearance and convenient operation and maintenance.
The large parts of the foundation are made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and stable precision.
The three-axis guide rail is loaded by roller line rail, with high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
Large diameter C3 screw rod with pre pulling structure can eliminate part of hot extension, and screw rod bearing adopts self lubrication to prolong bearing life.
The tool magazine adopts 24 arm type tool magazine of platform group, with reliable quality and stable performance.
The spindle adopts high-speed spindle unit with bt40-12000r / min direct coupling head, and the front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design with air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
Equipped with positive displacement and forced lubricating oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine.
The standard configuration of machine tool chip removal is back flushing and chip removal on both sides of the slope. The water tank is designed in the rear, which is automatic, humanized and efficient. Double layer water tank filtration system structure provides good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
Equipped with high-performance Mitsubishi M80 CNC system, it ensures the stability of the machine tool control, and also ensures the CNC machining function and auxiliary function required by users.
